Born and raised in Darwin and now based remotely in WA, she understands the unique pace, lifestyle, and expectations that come with Northern living.
As the Operational Manager, Kira-Lee plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From supporting the property management team to assisting landlords and tenants, she is known for her strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to solve issues before they become bigger problems.
Kira-Lee takes pride in creating a positive, stress-free experience for clients and ensuring every task is handled with care and efficiency. Her approachable nature, adaptability, and can-do attitude make her a valued part of The Leasing Lane team.
Outside of work, Kira-Lee is a wife and mum to two young children, bringing patience, organisation, and calm under pressure into everything she does.
